Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,870 per week in Glendale, AZ

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Labor & Delivery Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience required License : Active license required Certifications : ACLS, PALS, AFM, NRP, BLS (all must be active upon submission) Must-Have : Flu vaccination status included in the submission Description : Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in the submission. Ensure all candidate locations and experienced departments are noted in the submission. All requests should be highlighted for accuracy. Start date should be on or very close to the listed order start date. All requests for time off must be included in the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. Time off will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays. List all facilities the candidate is open to working in. Include preferred states (e.g. Any state). All shifts the candidate is open to working on should be listed in the submission. Ensure all departments the candidate is open to should be noted on the cover page. All submitted candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Notify us if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available. No license hits are allowed for candidates. Flu vaccination declinations can be applied for; reach out for forms as necessary. Candidates must meet specific background requirements that need to be adhered to and attested to. Travel experience is preferred.
