We’re future-focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This role has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and moreProficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of Paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, etc. for data-driven decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataProblem solver who is competitive and curiousAlways seeking industry growth opportunitiesAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-focused and committed to advertising without losing integrityWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like
