Turpin Construction is expanding! We’re starting a brand-new crew and are searching for a highly experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to lead the charge. If you’re a take-charge leader with a strong background in commercial and industrial concrete, this is your opportunity to build your own team and help shape the future of a growing company.

About the Role

As our new Foreman, you will be responsible for managing your own crew—and we mean it. You’ll have the opportunity to hand-pick your crew members, as you’re ultimately responsible for their performance, safety, and output.

We need someone reliable, skilled, and self-motivated who’s comfortable running a job from start to finish with minimal oversight. You’ll be expected to :

• Interpret and work from construction plans and blueprints
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Manage crew productivity and ensure quality work
• Communicate clearly with superintendents, clients, and other trades
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Enforce safety standards and proper use of PPE
• Drive a company crew truck with company-provided tools and equipment
