Schedule : Core business hours + Go-Live On-Call Rotation
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic OpTime / Anesthesia Application Analyst to support a large health system during a major Epic go-live . This is a 3-month remote contract focused on break / fix support , workflow stabilization, and coordination with perioperative and anesthesia teams across surgical services.
The analyst will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , supporting operating room workflows, anesthesia documentation, and surgical scheduling. Participation in an on-call rotation is required during the go-live period to ensure continuous OR coverage.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Epic OpTime and / or Anesthesia certification / accreditation or verified hands-on support experience.
2+ years of experience supporting perioperative workflows in Epic.
At least one recent Epic go-live or major upgrade supporting surgical services.
Strong understanding of perioperative workflows, including :
Case scheduling, case documentation, and intraoperative clinical workflow
Anesthesia documentation and medication workflows
Implant and supply documentation and charge capture
Experience working with ITSM / ticketing systems in a production support environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to clinical and patient safety impacts.
Excellent communication skills, especially across multi-disciplinary clinical teams.
Ability and willingness to work flexible scheduling and participate in on-call during the go-live period.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multi-OR, multi-hospital surgical services environments.
Familiarity with automated anesthesia recording systems, device integration, and biomedical interfaces.
Knowledge of revenue cycle impacts for perioperative workflows (implant tracking, procedural billing).
Experience developing quick training guides, workflow references, and OR support materials.
