Job descriptionEEC Certification is required. Minimum 6 months of experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare. Flexible and available during business hours. Preferred : Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. High School diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old. Pre-K Teacher – Next Generation Children's Centers, Hopkinton, Massachusetts 01748. Next Generation is part of the Cadence Education family. We are hiring a vibrant Pre-K Teacher to join our team of childcare professionals. If you love kids and have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education, this is your chance to nurture young hearts and spark lifelong learning. We are hiring now.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, inviting space where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.
- Deliver an age-appropriate curriculum in collaboration with fellow teachers.
- Share daily milestones with parents and turn small moments into meaningful memories.
- Guide play with toys, language, and activities while prioritizing safety and curiosity.
- Model kindness and social skills to help children thrive.
- Plan a daily schedule balancing quiet time, active play, indoor / outdoor activities, and fine / gross motor development.
