Job Title : Installation Technician

Overview :

We’re looking for an Installation Technician to support 5G, IoT, and connectivity projects nationwide. This role involves installing, testing, and maintaining network and low-voltage equipment while providing great service to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and configure routers, POTS-in-a-Box units, UCaaS systems, and related equipment.

Run and test network and voice / data cabling.

Troubleshoot basic network issues (Ethernet, TCP / IP, VLANs, etc.).

Complete site surveys and update documentation.

Work with project managers and clients to ensure quality installations.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Basic understanding of networking and cabling.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Preferred :

1–2 years of experience in IT, telecom, or low-voltage installation.

Certifications like A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Experience with routers, switches, VoIP, or Microsoft Teams systems.
