Job Description

Are you an entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for pet health? Trupanion, the leading pet health insurance provider, is seeking a Veterinary Sales Associate / Territory Partner Associate (TPA) to manage and grow our territory in Orange and Riverside Counties, California. Location Requirement : Candidates must reside within the territory (Orange or Riverside County, California).

What You'll Do

As a TPA, you'll develop and grow your exclusive territory through proactive account management, relationship-building, and sales execution :

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within veterinary practices, shelters, rescues, and State Farm offices.
• Achieve aggressive sales goals with a focus on maximizing performance and profitability.

Build and maintain relationships with veterinary teams and other accounts to promote Trupanion's services.

Influence decision-makers to prioritize pet insurance discussions using consultative sales approaches.

Maintain a monthly schedule of 120-200 account visits to ensure consistent engagement and support.

What You'll Need

Proven success in sales with strong consultative selling skills and a focus on measurable goals. Experience in territory management or account-based sales is highly preferred.
