General Environmental and Employee Health & Safety work encompasses activities related to the environment (including the broader community impacted by environmental hazards) and employees including : Creating and implementing health, safety, occupational and environmental programs to prevent injuries and illnesses within the workplace and environmental accidents. Inspecting workplace and environmental incidents in accordance with company procedures and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements related to environmental and employee health and safety and identifying areas for improvement. Developing and managing an environmental and employee health & safety training plan. Maintaining relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree. The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Graphic Packaging retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.

Pay Range : $81,675 - $108,900
