Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Louisiana requiring a LA or compact license and night shift availability.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital Med Surg / Telemetry unit
  • Unit assignment is 3 EAST (Med Surg / Tele)
  • Night shift schedule from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Responsibilities include providing care to Med Surg and telemetry patients according to unit protocols
  • Night shift coverage is required for this role

    • Requirements

  • Active LA or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience
  • No employment gaps greater than 90 days in the past 12 months
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications accepted; all certifications must be active and not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
