Role Marketing Manager — Department : Web Operations — Location : Remote / In-Office Policy (This role is fully remote but requires the employee to be in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.)

Job Description As a Marketing Manager, Web Operations, you will be an independent contributor and a key expert for our client's customer success support site. You will be responsible for building web experiences using a proprietary Content Management System (CMS) with custom components and code blocks. This role involves a mix of content changes, creating new offers, and running experiments.

You will be expected to work closely with the marketing web operations team, as well as product managers and the creative team, to deliver high-quality marketing content. This is a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment that requires you to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot site issues, and perform quality control to ensure flawless execution.

Duties and Responsibilities Build web experiences in a Content Management System (CMS) using components or building in code blocks with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

Execute A / B and multivariate tests in our proprietary testing application during peak periods.

Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and the creative team to identify and execute the delivery of marketing content.

Cultivate and build relationships with internal partners and engineering teams.

Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure all work is completed according to department standards.

Support quality control activities, such as the manual validation of content and A / B test setup through peer reviews.

Troubleshoot site issues and fix incorrect content data as needed.

Act as the customer success support site expert.

Required Experience / Skills 3+ years of experience in front-end development, web production, or operations building web pages using a Content Management System (CMS).

Experience with WordPress.

Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing strategy, and UX teams.

Experience with digital asset managers and setting them up.

Proficiency in developing and managing web pages using CMS, JavaScript, and HTML.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of UX, SEO, and other factors that impact web conversions.

Flexible and agile with the ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations.

Experience interacting with stakeholders and design teams to manage components.

Experience setting up A / B tests for multiple variants and ensuring traffic split between variant pages.

Nice-to-Have Experience working with a proprietary CMS.
