Experience :

Must have the ability to identify and intervene in life-threatening situations.

Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles.

Ability to provide quality patient care.

Ability to assess patient's needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs.

Must recognize safety issues to self and others.

Able to assess and implement the use of lifts to move patients safely.

Must be able to function well in stressful situations.

Good, creative problem-solving skills are essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

License :

Current Client RN license.

Certifications :

BLS and NRP required.

Must-Have :

Able to perform vaginal exams.

Experience circulating c-sections and recovering spinal anesthesia.

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
