Job description
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
Provide exceptional customer support regarding prescription benefits
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
