Job Description

We are a busy metal fabrication shop seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience running both horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate will be capable of setting up and operating Mazak HCN-5000 Horizontal Milling Centers, Mazak 700, or similar equipment, with programming knowledge of FANUC controls.

Hours and Pay Rate : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm, Overtime is optional, $30-35 / hr+

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC milling machines (horizontal and vertical)
Program and edit using FANUC controls
Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications :

Proven experience with Mazak HCN-5000 or similar horizontal mills

Strong knowledge of

FANUC programming and setup

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills

Flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team
