Required Skills & Experience

• 1. 5+ years of experience in Workday module configurations or integrations in one or more : Human Capital Management core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Time & Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation modules
• 2. 3+ years of experience in Workday Studio, Reports As A Service, Core / Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields

3. Experience creating and consuming XML based web services

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design
