POSITION SUMMARY :

The Climbing & Adventure team member is responsible for all aspects of the guest's climbing experience. Each team member will be assisting all guests and climbers during their time in the Climbing & Adventure facility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

• Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Always be encouraging and positive to all guests and refrain from using negative language
• Know and enforce the facility's policies and procedures
• Complete check-in procedures and process payments
• Assign barcode key tags to those who purchase a monthly membership
• Keep track of memberships and family units within Dash Platform
• Be knowledgeable about pricing, events offered, equipment, and all climbing structures
• Complete daily assignments before, during, and after each shift as directed by management
