Senior Solutions Engineer (Digital Channels)

Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the development and optimization of digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of front-end development, content management, and scalable architecture. You'll collaborate with product teams, guide junior engineers, and drive forward-thinking solutions that improve user experiences and business outcomes.

Location : Arizona (Remote)

Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $110,000-$140,000 base plus bonus eligibility of 10-12%

What You'll Do :

• Develop and enhance web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js to support evolving customer needs.
• Integrate front-end solutions with Sitecore CMS and back-end systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate across teams to implement new features, automate processes, and maintain system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural planning and help evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices for continuous improvement.
