The Adventure Awaits You

In this role, you'll be more than a therapist-you'll be a guide in rewriting life stories, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting the joy in everyday living. Whether supporting a stroke survivor in precision motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining strength post-surgery, you'll draw upon your expertise to deliver client-centered therapy that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This setting is not one for quick fixes or impersonal checklists. It is a compassionate environment where every patient's journey is significant, and each therapy session contributes to a larger recovery narrative. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-develop rehabilitation plans tailored uniquely to each individual you serve.

Your Future Team and the Community You'll Cherish

We pride ourselves on cultivating a culture that goes beyond mere clocking in and out; our therapy team thrives on mutual support, knowledge sharing, and collectively celebrating victories-both grand and modest. Here, your contributions are acknowledged, your personal growth is fostered, and your impact is felt every day.

And let's discuss the location: Grand Rapids-where the charm of a tight-knit community meets a flourishing creative landscape. Picture thoroughly explored parks lined with majestic oak trees, winding trails offering leisurely strolls, and rivers that invite kayaking adventures on weekends. The food scene here is diverse and enticing, featuring everything from gourmet food trucks with mouthwatering barbecue to cozy farm-to-table cafés offering seasonal delights.

Rich in artistic expression, the community welcomes both aspiring artists and established professionals, maintaining a pace that respects the value of connection and unwinding with friends after a long day.

Your Dream Job Awaits

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a career but as a heartfelt mission. Someone who revels in the moments a patient gains regained movement, achieves a new milestone, or shares a thought that they finally feel comfortable expressing.

If you're an experienced OTR/L or a new therapist ready to shine, you'll flourish in a place that embodies passion, dedication, and humility in everything we do together. If you're drawn to harmonizing exceptional healthcare with a lifestyle rich in quality and community spirit-this is your opportunity.

Join Us to Create Lasting Change

This is your chance to step into a role that transcends traditional job descriptions. Here, your everyday efforts will forge paths for future possibilities, catalyze recovery, and revive what was once thought to be lost, all while nestled in an area celebrated for its blend of vibrance and tranquility.

If you are eager to expand your horizons, give back to a community that continually shows its appreciation-then we encourage you to apply and embark on this incredible journey with us.
