CECO Environmental Corp. is seeking a seasoned legal professional to join the Legal Team. This role will provide strategic legal counsel across commercial transactions employment matters and corporate compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employment law risk management and policy development with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and jurisdictions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be :
Commercial & Corporate Legal Support
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients partners and suppliers.
- Provide legal advice on strategic initiatives and operational practices.
- Conduct legal due diligence and support corporate transactions.
- Monitor and interpret federal state and local laws impacting Company operations.
- Support corporate governance initiatives including board and committee matters.
- Advise on environmental social and governance matters including policy development regulatory compliance and integration into governance and risk frameworks.
