Job description
  • Minimum 12 - 20 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management modules is a must.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration is a must.
  • Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects.
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations / support.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.
