Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sale and execution of management and advisory consulting engagements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas :
• Transmission Planning
• Grid Modernization & Distribution Planning
• Resource Planning & Market Assessment
• Financial Analysis & Rates
• Utility Investment Planning
• Renewable Energy
• Energy Asset Advisory
• Zero Emissions Transportation
• Manage project quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, proposals, and client relationships.
• Facilitate workshops with senior-level client teams to uncover needs and develop actionable plans.
• Strategically anticipate client challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Present project status reports to stakeholders, including progress, schedule, and budget impacts.
• Build and lead project teams, provide feedback, and contribute to training and development.
• Oversee third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
