Clearance : SECRET

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FSO to join our team in Springfield, VA. The FSO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all security regulations and policies, as well as managing and maintaining security clearance records.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and policies.
• Manage and maintain security clearance records.
• Conduct security briefings and training sessions for employees.
• Investigate security incidents and violations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and contractors on security matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management

Experience with security clearance processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
