Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior TADSS Operator – Air Defense Artillery (ADA) to support institutional and professional military education programs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma . In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of ADA Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). You will directly support U.S. and international military students and ensure all TADSS systems are aligned with Army Programs of Instruction (POIs), mission-ready, and fully integrated into classroom and field environments.

This is a mission-critical position that blends hands-on simulation system support with technical diagnostics and instructional alignment, contributing to the operational readiness of the ADA force.

(This Position is Contingent Upon Award of Contract)

Key Responsibilities

System Operation & Training Support

Operate and maintain ADA TADSS equipment supporting classroom and field training.

Deliver technical support to both U.S. and international military students during institutional and PME instruction.

Ensure simulation scenarios align with instructor direction and Army POIs to meet training objectives.

Software, Network & System Support

Install, configure, and troubleshoot simulation software and networking components on Microsoft and Linux systems.

Conduct daily readiness checks and system assessments to guarantee consistent operational availability.

Assist with the implementation, validation, and testing of software patches and system updates.

Documentation & Reporting

Accurately document training events and maintain student performance summaries.

Maintain logs and technical records in accordance with Army and contractor requirements.

Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams to ensure effective diagnostics and repair.

Minimum Qualifications

Active SECRET security clearance required.

Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 compliant) required and must remain valid throughout employment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or coursework preferred.

Experience Requirements

Graduate of any ADA MOS-producing course OR

Minimum 2 years of air and missile defense experience, OR

Minimum 1 year of experience operating ADA TADSS.

Familiarity with ADA weapon systems such as Patriot , THAAD , or SHORAD .

Experience working across Microsoft and Linux platforms.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation and perform fault diagnostics.
