Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, motivated sales consultant with a background in selling high-end products or services to discerning clients. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a refined approach to relationship building, and a proven ability to guide clients through complex design and purchase decisions with confidence and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in luxury homebuilding, custom home sales, landscape architecture, design, or other high-end residential industries who is looking to join a growing company in a thriving market.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.
  • Present creative pool and outdoor living solutions tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and architects.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Manage leads from initial contact through contract signing, maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
  • Stay informed on current design trends, materials, and technology within the luxury outdoor living market.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule – including some evenings and weekends – to meet with clients when it works best for them.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury or design-driven industry (custom homebuilding, landscape design, outdoor living, architecture, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clientele and selling premium products or services.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; able to convey ideas with confidence and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Knowledge of residential construction or design processes is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by delivering outstanding client experiences.
