Home Health Sales-Katy, Tx

Interim Healthcare , one of the nations leading providers of home care, has a full time Home Health Sales opening for the West (Katy) territory.

Applicant must live in Houston, TX and have current relationships / referral sources.

This position involves outside sales including face to face meetings, group presentations, telephone contacts and email contact. Referral sources will be varied but will include members of the healthcare and medical community as well as business to business contacts.

You will network and build relationships with healthcare decision makers on a daily basis including physicians, physician office staff, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, trust officers, attorneys and financial planners.

Job Requirements : To be considered youmusthave :

• Minimum 2 years of previous home health sales experience.
• Strong referral sources in the West (Katy) area.
• Proven successful sales experience (meeting or exceeding quotas) to consumers, referral sources and community organizations, particularly in health care.
• Proven access to key referral sources that can provide Home Health Medicare business
• Proven ability to communicate effectively while simultaneously building rapport and credibility.
• Excellent written and communication skills. Results driven with accountability for tracking leads and conversions
• Proficiency in the use of a personal computer including the ability to use programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint for the preparation of sales presentations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, while also able to think outside the box
• A high level of motivation, goal oriented and the ability to produce independently with minimum supervision.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel in the local area.
