Your Role :

Under close supervision of the Nutrition Services Supervisors and according to defined procedures and established schedules, theCOOKperforms a variety of duties normally executed in serving customers, preparing food, transporting and emptying trash receptacles, cleaning the kitchen, server-storing stock, and checking and recording hot and cold temperatures and washing dishes. This is a per-diem position.

Summary :

The Cook role is responsible for preparation of foods for patients, guests, residents, and employees. Assures the facility's cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
