As a Loan Sales Consultant, you will :

• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process, presenting personalized options based on their needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collection activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and colleagues through various technological channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude aimed at successful outcomes.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loan options and terms.
