Exciting Bonus Opportunity: We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $8,000! This includes $3,000 after successful completion of orientation and probation, $2,500 after 12 months of employment, and another $2,500 after 18 months.

Shifts: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with 12-hour shifts, including variations such as 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM, 8AM-8PM, and 8PM-8AM. You'll work three shifts one week and four shifts the next, rotating between day and night shifts, including every other weekend. Self-scheduling is also available!

Location: This position reports in/out of Clinton, MD (by MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center) or Baltimore, MD (by MedStar Harbor Hospital).

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NREMT-P certification required
• Current NREMT and state Paramedic license for MD and DC (or ability to obtain DC license within 30 days post-hire)
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS Certification
• EVOC certification
• Current valid BLS and PALS certification

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience strongly preferred

This position has a competitive hiring range of: USD $28.58 - USD $46.94 per year.
