Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Rehab Experience : 2 years PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications : BLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Good organizational and Communication skills working with the many disciplines
