Data Analytics - Business Management SME

This role will support our senior executive Technology and Operations leaders in the Wealth Data team requiring strong cross-functional partnership to drive departmental performance and business objectives.
Responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with business unit leaders and other departments to provide financial guidance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment on financial goals
- Building relationships with senior leadership as well as with the Corporate Functional Leaders and support teams
- Understanding and representing financials in partnership with Finance including the annual budgeting and forecasting processes along with reviewing budgets / forecasts / monthly actuals, supporting monthly processes and controls
- Developing workforce plan inclusive of appropriate resource mix and location strategy, tracking headcount and recruitment pipeline in line with established targets and global business line strategies
- Monitoring vendor processes and approvals in partnership with Sourcing, ensuring compliance with vendor risk management framework and preferred supplier and product strategies
- Coordinating agendas, content and papers for management meetings and other executive presentations
- Building colleague engagement and communication strategy, including town halls, response to employee survey, recognition schemes, learning & development planning and internal / external brand development & promotion
- Participating in people processes in partnership with HR including annual objectives setting, organizational design, succession planning, recruitment and early careers
- Supporting portfolio management requirements to create accurate resource forecasts and project spend reporting
- Enhancing reporting frameworks, automating business dashboards, and contributing to the improvement of KPI monitoring
- Leveraging global processes ensuring that regional requirements are included in standard reports and commentary
- Developing and aligning regional business management operating model with global practices
- Managing and developing team, making hiring decisions to ensure the right resources are in the right location to deliver against objectives
- Continuously prioritizing workload and meeting schedule against deliverables, considering time zones
Required Skills :
5-7 years of experience with financial management including the review of budgets, forecasts and monthly actuals in financial services domain.Detail-oriented and structured in approach to prioritization, analysis, planning and reporting; Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver high-quality outcomes.Sets high standards for self and others with a strong desire to overachieve on agreed objectives.Stakeholder Management Team player with good communication skills, able to work effectively within a global team.Service Framework Leverages, supports and builds shared services to deliver globally consistent output and reporting using global source, enterprise data.Education :
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems. MBA preferred.
