Physical Therapist Assistant Role $2,000 per week About the Role We're seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a PACE program dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life. You'll work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities Provide direct therapy services in the PACE center and participants' homes. Carry out treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and safety. Assist with gait training, balance, and fall-prevention programs. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Educate participants and caregivers on home exercise and safe mobility. Requirements Associate degree from an accredited PTA program. Current state PTA license. Experience with older adults preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
