UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II to join their User Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute evaluative research studies, including usability tests, surveys, and interviews

Synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform product decisions and design iterations

Collaborate with designers and product managers to define research questions and ensure findings are effectively communicated

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of applied UX research experience in a product organization

Demonstrated ability to synthesize research findings into clear documentation tied to product decisions

Experience collaborating with designers and product managers on research goals

Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment
