Job description5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid- to large-scale construction projects 4+ years of prior trade or fieldwork in construction Background in military, federal, or fast-paced commercial construction preferred High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or construction software (Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, etc.) is a plus Current or obtainable certifications : OSHA 30 , EM 385 , STS , CPR / First Aid Spanish-English bilingual and LEED credentials are a plus

💲 $100,000 – $160,000 (DOE) + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits
A well-established design-build contractor with nearly 30 years of experience in fast-track commercial and government construction is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join their West Coast field operations team. With a focus on Department of Defense projects and large-scale public-sector work, this firm has a strong presence across Southern California and beyond.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, engineers, and inspectors
- Conduct daily reports, schedule updates, and ensure progress milestones are met
- Lead OAC meetings, inspections, and manage field issue resolution
