Clinical System Support Analyst (CSSA) needed for Valley View's IT department.

General Objectives :

Leads the support and documentation of functional clinical requirements within IT application systems. Drives collaboration across IT teams to develop and build solutions for users / departments based on clinical requirements throughout the system. Facilitates caregiver engagement, ensuring meaningful and efficient use of the EHR across disciplines and departments. Drives system adoption, workflow improvements, and continuous optimization. This is primarily an onsite position with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate, as determined by department needs.

Qualifications : Education :

• Minimum : Associate degree or equivalent (preferably in healthcare-related field, Informatics, Information Technology, or Engineering).

Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience
