Schedule : Mon Fri, 8am 5pm EST (flexibility to support APAC time zone as needed)

Job Summary

Join a dynamic IT team as a Network Analyst, where your expertise with Cisco and Arista platforms supports secure and reliable network operations. You will configure and troubleshoot network devices, update monitoring tools, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to deployment and upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista networking devices
• Perform routing, VLANs, and interface configurations
• Update and maintain SolarWinds for robust network monitoring
• Ensure ServiceNow CMDB records remain accurate and up to date
• Support network deployments, upgrades, and related projects
• Document configurations and maintain current network diagrams
