MRI Technologist – Contract Opportunity

Facility : Berkshire Health System

Local Radius : No candidates within 50 miles (Permanent address required with submission)

Block scheduling and 10 / 12-hour shifts will NOT be considered

Role & Department Details

Equipment : GE HDXT 16.0 & 23.0

Patient Ratio : ~9 patients per shift

Always staffed with another MRI Tech or Tech Aide — never works solo

After midnight, coverage transitions to on-call team

Scheduling & RTO

RTO must be submitted with profile

No more than 5 total RTO days accepted

No RTO approved after submission

Holiday Requirement : Must work TWO of the following groups :

Thanksgiving + Friday / weekend after

Christmas Eve / Christmas Day + Friday / weekend after

New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day + Friday / weekend after

Extensions : Contracts ending in Nov or before holidays not eligible for January 2026 extension

Additional Details

8 hours non-billable orientation

Holiday & OT Multiplier : 1.25x
