Overview
Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison for Alzheimer’s Disease Agitation. Field-based role covering the Northeast Region (PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, RI, NJ, DE, MD, DC). Candidates must reside within the geography.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Systematically identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to raise awareness of the client’s mission to accelerate the invention and adoption of life-changing medicines for patients living with CNS disorders
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of neuropsychiatry, approved pipeline medications, and the competitive landscape in the specified therapeutic area
- Provide fair and balanced scientific information to HCPs and internal partners per organizational needs
- Deliver formal presentations to HCPs and external stakeholders upon request
- Communicate meaningful insights from peer-to-peer discussions with HCPs
- Identify, analyze, and translate territorial needs to achieve clinical and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal partners to advance clinical and business objectives
- Build and maintain technical and clinical expertise in neuropsychiatry and related neuroscience areas as required
- Contribute to the growth and development of the National Field Medical Team
- Perform essential job functions including documenting field activities, submitting medical insights, handling medical information requests, submitting expense reports, completing trainings, and other tasks as necessary
- Provide high-level support for company-sponsored trials and assist with investigator-initiated research proposals when needed
Qualifications / Requirements
Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD or PhD) requiredPrevious MSL experience preferredPreference for Alzheimer’s Disease or Geriatric Psychiatry experienceCandidate must reside within the geographic areaAbility to travel up to 50-75%, including overnight stays and weekends, as neededMeet requirements for health industry representative credentialing to access healthcare facilities within the territoryExperience, Knowledge and Skills

The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply; final title and responsibilities may be adjusted. Salary offers will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and location.
