Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Opportunity
Robert Half is partnering with a mid-to-large sized organization to identify a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive role is ideal for a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, and operational excellence. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future and supporting growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support long-term growth.
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance.
- Drive M&A strategy, including due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and the board to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).CPA certification strongly preferred.10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or VP Finance roles.Demonstrated success in leading mergers and acquisitions, including post-merger integration.Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning.Experience in a mid-to-large sized business environment, ideally with private equity or investor-backed structures.Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
