Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider — Hospitalist
Aultman Hospital – Canton, Ohio
Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve , and is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver personalized inpatient hospital care .
Position Highlights
- Full-time, hospital-employed position within the Aultman Health System
- Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested
- Demonstrates an ability to competently provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients through assessment.
- Partner with community primary care providers, various medical / surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients
- A structured support system—featuring brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreat—ensures that our providers can focus on what matters most : delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
7-day coverage in a 14-day period
