Sales Strategist

Full-time |  Japanese English Bilingual | Torrance, CA

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Sales Strategist to join our U.S. branch of a Japan-based company during its exciting launch phase! We provide education-related services and are expanding our operations internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify potential client segments
  • Identify customer needs and build strong client relationships
  • Present and follow up on our services and offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements and new initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to expand our presence in the U.S. market

Qualifications

  • A positive team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level)
  • Basic PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in business development, strategy planning, sales, or related roles
  • Experience working in Japanese companies is a plus
  • Understanding of, or affinity with, the IT and / or EdTech industry is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    Weekdays 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

    Compensation :

    $70,000-$80,000 / annual salary (based on experience)
