Job Summary :

Our team at Paragon is seeking a reliable and responsible Site Technician to provide on-site monitoring for active construction locations. The primary role is to maintain a visible presence, protect property, and support overall site safety.

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain a consistent presence on the construction site
• Ensure that all gates and access points are properly locked and secured throughout the day
• Prevent unauthorized traffic and keep non-essential individuals out of construction areas
• Help prevent vandalism, destruction, or theft of materials and equipment
• Monitor site conditions and report any concerns immediately
• Remain open and flexible to additional duties that may arise, even if not strictly related to monitoring sites
