WHAT DOES A FARM STORE ASSOCIATE, LOOK LIKE AT EverGRO?

- Cross-train to support warehouse responsibilities, helping load & unload customer / vendor deliveries
- Collaborate with team members on various responsibilities
- Fill propane cylinders
- Stock and replenish merchandise, assist with inventory responsibilities
- Working on average 10-15+ hours per week, depending on store needs

This position will be tasked with the following key objectives :
Proactively provide solutions customer's questions & challengesMonitor & maintain a welcoming and secure environmentAnswer calls & help customers in a professional & courteous mannerWork safely aligned with the cooperative's guidelines and regulationsSome positions will have the following work environment qualities.
