As our Spa Manager , you’ll be the cornerstone of this exciting new venture—delivering exceptional cosmetology services while building the systems, culture, and team that will define our spa’s future.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide a full range of salon and spa services including hair styling, nail care, and waxing
• Manage scheduling, inventory, billing, and compliance with DHEC standards
• Create operational workflows and best practices for a growing spa team
• Lead promotional campaigns and resident engagement events
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, training, and team development
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional spa environment
