Main Purpose of the Junior Site Merchandiser - MENS role :

This is a permanent full-time role for a candidate who is passionate and excited about merchandising and creative copywriting for the FWRD and REVOLVE customer. This position will be responsible for supporting the merchandising department with ongoing projects and needs as well as creating weekly curated pages for email and homepage features. An interest in creative copywriting is a plus! This position requires an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team and across all levels of the organization.

Major Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare landing pages for weekly e-mails and homepages that are curated based on trend and concept of campaign
• Work closely with the FWRD Women’s and Men’s Merchandising and Buying teams to manage deadlines and needs for all Homepage and Emails feature inclusions
• Follow best practices for merchandising pages for features, trends, brand page and custom pages
• Support the buyers’ brand visions and work cross functionally with the buying team to improve conversion
• Provide and maintain additional curated product pages for special launches, social or special projects in addition to regularly scheduled weekly features
• Partner with site merchandising team to develop, improve and execute merchandising tools
• Research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail and best merchandising practices
• Understand and monitor business trends through homepage and CPL reporting

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly / salary range is $24.00 / hr to $26.00 / hr.
