Essential Job Functions
- Perform all duties in alignment with the organization's 8 Core Values .
- Establish and uphold standards for patient experience, rehabilitation services, and professional communication-both within the clinic and with external partners.
- Foster a positive clinic culture through strong leadership and clear communication of shared beliefs and values.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and maintained in compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Conduct regular concurrent and retrospective chart audits ; lead staff development sessions focusing on patient case studies and clinical excellence.
- Manage clinic expenses related to supplies, equipment, and staffing in consultation with the owner liaison.
- Develop strategic goals and annual business plans for the clinic in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services and maintain a clinical schedule that meets productivity standards.
- Participate in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of new and existing services.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations , ensuring effective communication with ownership and internal departments.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and collaborate with HR as needed.
- Support business development and relationship-building with physicians, case managers, and other referral sources. Develop and execute quarterly outreach plans.
- Contribute to company marketing and content efforts by submitting two blogs, articles, or patient stories per year.
- Maintain balanced therapist caseloads and optimize clinic scheduling for efficiency.
Required Experience
Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with employees, patients, and external partners.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to influence and lead change within an organization.Ability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.Skilled in resolving customer or regulatory inquiries and maintaining professional composure.Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability.Solid understanding of business operations within a physical therapy setting.Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.Qualifications
Doctorate or Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current Missouri State PT License in good standing.Minimum of 3 years of clinical physical therapy experience.Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Why Join Us?
