Job description

Property Tax Analyst

Property Tax Analysts are responsible for the daily data operational tasks. This includes organizing, tracking and verifying data, conducting title and property data research for customer orders and compiling data documents as required.

What You'll Do

  • Manages daily operations responsibilities including collecting property assessment and taxes from county and / or municipal tax collectors
  • Organize, verify and track data
  • Respond and follow up on property assessment, property taxes and liens or any other issues regarding property taxes.
  • Coordinates communication with vendors
  • Documents and works to resolve basic & mid-level problems.
  • Updates logs, tracks user requests, fulfills basic requests.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-6 years of experience working with public record data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience interfacing with clients, vendors and offshore partners
  • Ability to make independent approval decisions on behalf of the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated; self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Pay Range : $57,000-$75,975

    This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
