The Role :

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who is highly motivated, ambitious, and a true self-starter. You should take pride in clean, code-compliant installs, own your work, and look for ways to get the job done efficiently. Duct fabrication skills and service experience are a plus.

What You’ll Do :

• Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, rooftop units, and duct systems
• Set up and start new equipment properly
• Check airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance
• Keep the job site clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, GCs, and team members
• Take initiative to solve problems and improve installation practices
• Help train and support apprentices
• Keep accurate and thorough documentation of work completed
