Cortez Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is a small-sized, North Dallas based plaintiff's personal injury law firm in need of experienced personal injury legal assistant / medical record custodian.

Job duties include :

Obtain medical records / billing in affidavit form, E-filing, sending out letters, maintain client contact, assist paralegals with day to day duties.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred ;

Knowledge of case management software, CLIO, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook and Excel;

Prior personal injury litigation work experience is an absolute requirement;

Notary Public is preferred;

Salary Based on Experience. Full-time position.
