About The Position

ERCP experience required

Experience with ERCP using Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, and Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse with specialized experience in endoscopy.

The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and care.

The clinic handles a patient population ranging from adults to geriatrics.

The typical patient ratio is 1 nurse to 2 patients.

There are 3 procedure rooms and an average daily census of 20 patients.

Floating to other units is not required.

The work schedule includes potential call duties of 1-2 shifts per week and at least 1 weekend every month.

Holidays are an essential part of the role, with expectations to work during major holidays as per the policy.

Compliance with regulations and guidelines is required for timely onboarding.

Two supervisory references are preferred for application consideration.

Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team setting and demonstrate excellent clinical skills.

Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary for patient interactions.

The ability to administer conscious sedation and monitor patients during procedures is crucial.

Experience with patient charting systems is preferred.

Successful candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Candidates should be proactive in addressing patient needs and concerns.
