Youll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role you will :

Provide Personal Care : Assist with grooming bathing catheter care pericare and dressing following care policy guidelines

Maintain Resident Environment : Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

Support Mobility : Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

Record Vital Information : Accurately document vitals weights intake / output and meal consumption

Assist with Positioning : Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

Encourage Engagement : Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

What Makes You a Great Fit

Were looking for someone who :

Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas

Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures

Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience

Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
