About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day and Night Rotating

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Medical-Surgical and Oncology

License : Valid compact or state nursing license required

Certifications :

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification

Must-Have :

Description :

This position requires rotations between day and night shifts.

Candidates may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination based on department needs.

Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed.

Must be flexible with scheduling; there is no set schedule or block schedule.

Working every weekend may be required.

Maximum of 1-2 days RTO (Requested Time Off).

Candidates must have previous oncology experience.

Patient diagnoses in this unit may include various types of leukemia, lymphoma, and other hematological disorders.

Special procedures include autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic transplants, as well as CAR-T therapy.

Candidates must have experience in managing complex patient needs effectively.
